WE’RE HIRING | JUNIOR ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Jdaidet El Matn, Lebanon
Full-time | On-site
We are looking for a Junior Accounting Assistant to support our Senior Accountant with daily accounting tasks.
✨ Fresh graduates are welcome — no previous experience required.
Responsibilities
• Accounting data entry and recording daily transactions
• Entering Journal Vouchers (JV) and Payment Vouchers (PV)
• Preparing and issuing invoices
• Following up on accounts receivable and collections
• Preparing client statements
• Organizing accounting documents and files
• Assisting with basic reconciliations and other accounting tasks
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Full-time availability
• Preferably available immediately
• Residing in or near Jdaidet El Matn / Metn
