We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & POS Coordinator to manage our inventory system and ensure accurate product setup across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the inventory management system, ensuring all products are accurately entered.
Create and print barcodes for all inventory items.
Set up and manage products within the store's Point of Sale (POS) system.
Ensure every new collection is uploaded to the inventory software and POS before launch.
Monitor inventory accuracy by regularly reconciling physical stock with system records.
Organize product information, including SKUs, pricing, descriptions, and categories.
Coordinate with the team to ensure new arrivals are properly tagged, barcoded, and ready for sale.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
Maintain organized inventory records and support operational improvements
