JOB OVERVIEW
We are hiring a reliable Inventory & Invoicing Clerk to manage our office/warehouse front desk. You will handle customer sales, track stock, and log daily cash flow and expenses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Greet buyers, create accurate sales invoices, and collect payments.
-Track stock levels and perform regular physical inventory counts.
-Log all daily expenditures and keep a precise track of our cash balance.
REQUIREMENTS
-Technical school certificate (BT/TS in Accounting, Business, IT) or higher.
-No previous experience required; training will be provided.
-Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail.
-Comfortable using computers (Excel / Google Sheets).
-Professional, friendly demeanor for face-to-face customer service.
