Construction Zray W1: Construction of a Zray board Zray SUP boards feature drop stitch technology. Drop stitch consists in joining together two PVC layers with thousands of tiny polyester threads. These threads provide constant rigidity when the board is blown up. Zray boards feature a double PVC layer on the rail as well as a 4 mm EVA pad for greater comfort. THE W1 IN A NUTSHELL Designed for any rider under 265 lbs (120 kg), the W1 is a responsive board, easy to store and carry around, it is the perfect travel companion. The W1 is great for families and allows up to 6.07 ft (1.85 cm) to learn the basics of windsurfing.
