I am a motivated and ambitious Information Technology student based in Tyre, Lebanon, with a strong background in customer service, retail operations, and teamwork. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology at Lebanese International University, where I combine academic knowledge with practical experience to perform effectively in dynamic environments.
I have developed my skills through several years of hands-on experience. Most recently, I worked at Koton, where I progressed from Sales Associate to Cashier and later took on responsibilities as an In-Charge staff member. In this role, I handled customer transactions, delivered high-quality service, supervised team members, and ensured smooth daily operations while maintaining store organization.
Before that, I worked at Cloud59 as a waiter and bar staff member. This experience strengthened my communication skills, taught me how to work efficiently under pressure, and helped me develop a strong customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
I also bring solid technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, along with strong general computer and internet skills. I am known for my ability to multitask, work effectively within a team, and solve problems efficiently.
I am fluent in both Arabic and English, which allows me to communicate confidently in diverse environments. I am now seeking an opportunity where I can apply my technical knowledge and interpersonal skills while continuing to grow professionally.
