THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain the integrity of our facilities. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Direct daily maintenance activities and enforce preventive maintenance schedules.
-Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and wood & joinery.
-Supervise and train maintenance staff to meet performance and safety standards.
-Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
Qualifications
- maintain store record and inventory
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proven experience in maintenance management.
- HOTEL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
-Comprehensive knowledge of building systems
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-COMPUTER SKILLS ARE REQUIRED
