Job Title: Graphic Designer – Marketing (Remote; meeting in the office in adma when needed) Company: Hart Stores (Canada) Location: Remote (Lebanon-based) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our marketing team by creating high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns. Proficiency in AI tools is preferred as you will be creating some lifestyle visuals with AI. This role focuses on executing visual content quickly and consistently, based on pre-defined promotions and campaign briefs. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life across email, website, and other digital channels. Key Responsibilities 📩 E-blast Design (Core Responsibility) Design e-blasts based on provided content and product selections Create AI visuals if needed Ensure layouts are clean, clear, and aligned with brand guidelines Integrate product visuals, pricing, and links accurately Prepare final versions for sending 📱 In-App Notifications Design visuals for app notifications and pop-ups Adapt messaging into clear and engaging visual formats 🌐 Website Visuals Create banners and promotional visuals for the website Ensure consistency across homepage and category pages Adapt visuals based on ongoing campaigns and promotions 📢 Promotional & Advertising Design Design assets for various marketing channels (social media, ads, etc.) Adapt visuals into multiple formats and sizes as needed Maintain consistency across all campaign materials Experience in packaging is prefered. Creating dieline and diecuts Workflow & Collaboration Receive briefs from the Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketing Specialist Deliver designs within tight deadlines aligned with campaign schedules Coordinate with marketing team to ensure accuracy of content and links Support revisions and updates as needed Requirements 2+ years of experience in graphic design Strong skills in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.) Experience designing for digital marketing (emails, banners, social media) Ability to work quickly without compromising quality Strong attention to detail What We’re Looking For Fast and efficient executor (not overly conceptual) Detail-oriented and precise Comfortable working with structured briefs Able to handle high-volume design tasks What We Offer Remote work with an international team Fast-paced and structured work environment Opportunity to grow within the company To apply: Please send your portfolio, including examples of e-blasts, banners, and digital marketing visuals to fashionsupport@hartstores.com
