That’s a *Philips 1300g Deep Fryer* — the older white/beige model with the manual dial and viewing window on top.
*1. What model is it*
It’s from Philips’ early deep fryer line, capacity 1300g of food. It uses hot oil instead of air, so it’s a traditional fryer, not an airfryer. The yellow sticker on top shows it’s dishwasher-safe for the pan/basket and can do ∼1300g fries.
*2. Controls + settings*
- *On/Off switch* on the left with the red indicator light
- *Temp dial* 150°C to 190°C. The sticker on the side gives cheat-sheet temps:
- Mushrooms: 150°C, 2-3 min
- Fish: 160°C, 5-7 min
- Onion: 170°C, 2-3 min
- Chicken: 170°C, 12-20 min
- Fries: 175°C, 3-6 min
- Apple: 180°C, 3-4 min
- Shrimp: 180°C, 3-5 min
- Eggplant: 190°C, 3-4 min
- *Thermostat light* on the right turns off when it’s reached temp
