Job Summary: The Stock Controller helps manage inventory, including stock intake, storage, and delivery. This role involves tracking shipments, supporting stock audits, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams. The position reports to the Warehouse Manager. Main Responsibilities: - Assist in tracking and organizing inventory. - Support regular stock checks and audits. - Help coordinate inventory with other branches and the main warehouse. - Report any stock discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager. - Support the preparation of stock and movement reports. - Help receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods. - Assist in transferring stock from the warehouse to the showroom. - Support stock rotation and replenishment. - Help resolve minor quality issues, such as returns or replacements. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - 0–1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management (internships or part-time experience accepted). - Basic knowledge of inventory management processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Good communication skills in French and English.
