Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Specialist based in Zalqa, with flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating and nurturing leads, and managing sales processes to meet business goals. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining client relationships, delivering product presentations, and collaborating with the team to optimize sales strategies and operations.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and maintain relationships with clients.
Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and close deals successfully.
Knowledge of Sales Operations to streamline and manage sales processes for efficiency and growth.
Adaptability, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
Previous experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
