We are looking for an active and outgoing Field Recruitment Agent to recruit beauty specialists and salons onto our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Visit salons and beauty professionals
- Present our platform and its benefits
- Recruit and onboard new partners
- Build relationships and follow up with leads
Requirements:
- Background in beauty sales, salon recruitment, cosmetics, spa/beauty business development, or similar field work
- Existing network in the beauty industry is a strong plus
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Energetic, presentable, and comfortable working on the field
