Choco & Spice is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused FEMALE to coordinate customer orders and support our daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
● Answer WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries professionally.
● Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the system.
● Place orders with suppliers and follow up to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
● Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are prepared on schedule.
● Monitor order progress and follow up with employees to make sure deadlines are met.
● Organize delivery schedules and coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.
● Help maintain organized records of orders, deliveries, and daily operations.
Requirements:
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Comfortable using WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, and basic computer applications.
● Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
● Responsible, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.
