Now Hiring – Experienced Call Center Phone Operator (Food Industry) We are looking for professional and reliable phone operators to join our Restaurant call center team. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Job Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls and take customer orders accurately * Enter orders into the system quickly and efficiently * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely and professionally * Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations * Maintain a calm and organized approach during peak hours Requirements: * Previous experience in a food delivery or restaurant call center is required * Excellent verbal communication and listening skills * Ability to multitask and work under pressure * Basic computer skills and familiarity with order-taking software * Team player with a positive attitude Preferred candidates living in Dekwaneh or nearby areas
