F&B Manager – Mountain Hotel | Lebanon 🇱🇧
We are looking for an experienced and highly energetic Food & Beverage Manager to join our hospitality team at a mountain resort in Lebanon.
This is a full-time, on-site position, and the successful candidate must be ready to relocate to the Lebanese mountains.
What we are looking for:
* Strong previous experience in F&B operations and management
* Excellent cost-control skills, including food cost, beverage cost, waste management and inventory control
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train and motivate the F&B team
* Very active, hands-on and present on the floor
* High level of charisma and guest-relations skills
* Strong attention to detail and service standards
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during long shifts
* Good organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to coordinate closely with the kitchen, purchasing and hotel management
* Trilingual candidates strongly preferred – Arabic, English and French
* Previous experience in hotels or resorts is highly preferred
