We’re Hiring! | Executive Assistant to the CEO
Join the Teleperformers Team!
We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO and help keep our team and daily operations running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll assist with managing daily tasks, coordinating team setup, handling calls, and scheduling appointments and meetings. You’ll play an important part in supporting the CEO and ensuring everything stays organized and on track.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks and priorities.
* Answer, schedule, and coordinate calls and meetings.
* Help organize tasks, workflows, and team setup.
* Communicate professionally with team members and prospects.
* Keep schedules organized and ensure important tasks are followed up on.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Someone organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
* Strong communication and time-management skills.
* A professional attitude and willingness to take initiative.
* Previous administrative or executive assistant experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
* Someone who is coachable, adaptable, and ready to grow with the team.
