Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on-site.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and safety compliance.
- Report project progress and resolve site-related technical issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in electrical installation within construction projects.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation practices, testing, commissioning, and safety standards.
