We are seeking a motivated and professional Personal Assistant to join our clinic team located on Mtayleb Highway, Lebanon. The role involves assisting patients and clients through social media platforms and WhatsApp, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and coordinating appointment bookings. The assistant will also provide general administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations within the clinic. Working days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Working hours are flexible and may vary depending on appointment schedules and clinic activity. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, well-spoken, comfortable with digital communication, and capable of handling administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion
