We curate clean, science-backed brands focused on hormonal balance, menstrual care, fertility, and overall well-being — designed for women at every life stage.
Our mission is to build a trusted space where women can learn, shop, and feel empowered.
As we prepare for our e-commerce launch, we’re building a small, passionate marketing team between Lebanon and Saudi Arabia — and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us lead this journey.

Your Mission
You’ll take the lead on digital performance and growth: managing our SEO and paid media agencies, tracking campaigns, and helping us turn insight into impact.
You’ll work closely with the founder, creative team, and partners across the region.

What You’ll Do
• Manage relationships with SEO and Paid Ads agencies (Google & Meta).
• Monitor daily ad performance, optimize audience targeting, A/B test visuals.
• Track KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, keyword rankings.
• Recommend reallocation of ad spend based on results.
• Coordinate technical SEO audit and implementation.
• Supervise content optimization (blogs, product pages).
• Track organic traffic growth and backlinks.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for the founder.
• Suggest optimization actions for each channel.
• Support planning of future campaigns (Q2, Q3, etc. ).

Who You Are
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing / SEO-SEA.
• Confident with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Data Studio.
• Curious, analytical, and creative — you like numbers and storytelling.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Based in Lebanon or KSA (remote-friendly).
