We are hiring a Customer Support Team Leader to lead, support, and develop our customer support team in Dbayeh.
Location: Dbayeh
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Work Type: Onsite (ONLY Wednesdays are remote)
Job Description:
You will oversee daily customer support operations, ensure service quality, coach team members, and act as the main escalation point. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on problem solving.
Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Previous experience in customer support or team leadership
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to monitor performance and support team growth
