We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for our PM shift in Chiyah!
Shift: PM
Education: Bachelor’s degree or related
Experience: 0–2 years
Main Tasks:
Answer customer calls & messages politely.
Handle orders, tracking, returns & refunds.
Solve customer issues and escalate when needed.
Update records & notes in the app/CRM.
Coordinate with store & warehouse for stock and deliveries.
