Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and assist them with their orders in a professional manner
• Present products clearly and upsell when appropriate
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Ensure products are well displayed and available at all times
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns
• Coordinate with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service
• Follow company standards in service, hygiene, and presentation
