Counter Sales Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience in the store
• Assist customers with product selection and answer their questions
• Promote products and suggest additional items to increase sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive display of products at the counter
• Refill and arrange items on shelves and displays when needed
• Ensure products are properly labeled and priced
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple complaints professionally
• Follow company standards for service, hygiene, and presentation
• Support the team in daily store operations and closing or opening procedures
