Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
Take customer orders accurately for pastries, cakes, beverages, and bakery items
Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments efficiently
Issue receipts, refunds, and change when required
Maintain accurate cash drawer balances at the beginning and end of shifts
Ensure the counter and cashier area are clean, organized, and properly stocked
Arrange and display products according to company presentation standards
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and promotions
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order preparation and delivery
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Support daily opening and closing procedures
Monitor product availability and report low stock when needed
Follow company hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers
