Job Description Monitor trucks using tracking systems and camera systems. Coordinate with drivers to ensure delivery safety and on-time performance. Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to support daily activities. Review transport data, routes, and reports to detect delays or irregularities. Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and operational policies. Report incidents, risks, and delivery issues to management promptly. Provide technical support in using tracking and monitoring systems. Suggest improvements in fleet monitoring and delivery efficiency. Maintain accurate records of delivery activities and incidents. Prepare reports and share updates with the operations team. Have knowledge in truck mechanics to support drivers with basic troubleshooting. Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Strong skills in tracking systems, fleet monitoring tools, and IT applications. Good command of English (written and spoken). Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities. Shifts: Fixed shifts – AM, PM, and Overnight Salary: To be discussed during the interview.
