Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and supervise production to meet targets. - Optimize use of materials, energy, and manpower. - Monitor quality, minimize waste, and control production costs. - Develop production schedules and improve workflow efficiency. - Coordinate shifts and ensure minimal downtime. - Ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements. - Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment. - Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. - Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance. - Collaborate with suppliers for servicing, spare parts, and upgrades. - Supervise, train, and motivate production teams and technicians. - Enforce safety rules, labor laws, and company policies. - Prepare production and maintenance reports for management. - Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning. - Recommend process improvements, equipment upgrades, and workflow optimizations. Requirements: - University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering. - 6+ years in industrial production, ideally in block/interlock or concrete plants. - Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. - French & Arabic Interested candidate send your CV to : firas.
