Key Responsibilities • Operate CNC machines for aluminum and steel profile cutting, milling, and drilling. • Read and interpret fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and technical data. • Load programs and verify tool paths in accordance with machining requirements. • Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality. • Perform routine maintenance and calibration on machines. • Collaborate with the Production Engineer and Factory Foreman to optimize workflows and minimize downtime. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Qualifications • Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical, mechatronic, or industrial fields. • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a CNC Operator (experience in aluminum façades preferred). • Strong knowledge of machining principles, tolerances, and materials (aluminum, steel). • Ability to read CAD drawings and use measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges). • Familiarity with software such as Elumatec, Emmegi, or Schüco CNC systems is an advantage. • Good communication and teamwork skills.
