Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and Italian recipes.
Flexible to work different shifts, weekends, and support kitchen operations as required.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
