Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
• Previous experience in bakery, pastry, restaurant, or F&B industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Ability to manage daily kitchen tasks efficiently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
• Professional attitude, discipline, and commitment to quality standards
• Lebanese nationality is preferred
