1. Assists the Sous Chef in supervising the function of his section.
2. Assists the Sous Chef in ensuring, contributing, and maximizing the overall outlet profit.
3. Assists the Sous Head Chef in controlling and analyzing, on an on-going basis, the following:
1. Quality levels of production and presentation
2. Guest satisfaction
3. Cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene.
4. Ensure optimum performance in all of the above areas
5. Respecting food recipes
6. Respecting the food stability
4. Production, preparation and presentation of food items to ensure highest quality at all times.
5. Establishes and maintain effective employee relations and working relationships.
6. Complies with company Health, Safety and Fire Policy.
7. Complies with Hygiene and Sanitation standards and ensure that all Kitchens are properly maintained and are free of any Health and Safety risk at all time.
8. Assists the Head Chef in checking/inspecting all perishable food items for quality on his section.
9. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
