الوصف

- Greet customers warmly and take orders through the POS system. • Accurately handle cash, card, or digital payments. • Issue receipts and reconcile daily transactions. • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front counter. • Upsell menu items and answer questions about the food offerings. • Support communication flow between the kitchen and service counters. • Handle online orders (Toters etc. ): receive, confirm, and dispatch orders promptly and accurately. • Coordinate with the line to ensure timely preparation of online orders. • Ensure packaging is complete, correct, and meets brand presentation standards. • Report any cash discrepancies, system issues, or online platform problems to the Supervisor. • Assist in restocking front-of-house supplies and materials.
