Handle customer payments accurately using cash, card, or digital payment systems. Operate the POS system and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges according to company policies. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter area. Count cash at the beginning and end of each shift and report any discrepancies. Ensure proper handling of cash, vouchers, and payment slips. Coordinate with the sales or service team to ensure smooth customer flow. Promote current offers, products, or loyalty programs when applicable. Follow company procedures related to cash handling, security, and hygiene standards.
