We’re Hiring a reservation agent for a hotel located in Laklouk. Join our team at Laklouk Village Vacances We’re currently looking to fill two exciting roles for our hotels and resort in Laklouk: 1. Reservation agent (Hybrid Position) Location: Hybrid – Remote work during low season, on-site during high season Availability: Full-year role, flexible schedule required Responsibilities: • Manage all reservations (hotel rooms, restaurants, activities) • Respond to emails and calls promptly and professionally • Follow up with guests to confirm and provide booking details • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences • Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal tools Qualifications: • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English • Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable • Willing to work long and flexible hours during high season • Great communication skills and positive attitude
