Infinate is a fast-growing multi-brand loyalty and rewards platform that helps users save money through exclusive offers while earning points at hundreds of partner businesses across Lebanon.
We are looking for friendly, confident, and motivated female Call Center Agents to join our team and help convert interested leads into subscribers.
Job Responsibilities
* Call potential customers from company-provided leads and databases.
* Introduce the benefits of the Infinate subscription.
* Follow up with interested clients until the sale is completed.
* Answer customer questions professionally and accurately.
* Schedule meetings or coordinate with the sales team when needed.
* Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM/database.
* Achieve daily call and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain excellent customer service and represent the Infinate brand professionally.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in call center, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
* Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
* Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM experience is a plus).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
* Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus.
