Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and requests efficiently.
Generate and update daily reports.
Requirements:
MANDATORY: Prior experience using the Omega System.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently during late hours.
Work Schedule (Shifts): Candidates must be available for one of the following shifts:
PM Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM
