We’re looking for experienced call center operators to join our restaurant’s dynamic team. What You’ll Do Answer calls & take customer orders with accuracy Enter orders into the system fast & error-free Assist customers politely and resolve issues smoothly Coordinate with kitchen & delivery teams for seamless service Stay calm and organized — even during peak rush hours What We Require Previous experience in a restaurant or food delivery call center (MUST) Clear, confident, and professional communication skills Strong multitasking ability under pressure Basic computer/order system knowledge Positive team player attitude Location Preference: Candidates living in Dekwaneh or nearby areas. Full-time & Part-time shifts available
