The Studio L makes use of cutting-edge Voltage Controlled Amplifier (VCA) technology. Unlike traditional monitor controllers, which send the signal straight through the volume potentiometer, it controls a separate high-precision amplifier circuit that causes the volume adjustment.
The Studio L has two pairs of input connections, a 3.5mm (1/8″) stereo input for connecting a smartphone or music player, and two pairs of high-quality outputs for attaching your preferred monitor speakers.
The first two inputs can be supplied by a line source or any type of microphone in any combination – dual mono or stereo-link mode. Not to mention the two-track output, which may be used for a multitude of purposes. Connect a 2-track digital recorder, a second soundcard, a mixer, or whatever else you need.
