Nationality : Lebanese Location : Beirut - Zalka • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items according to company standards • Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently (espresso machine, grinder, etc. ) • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment at all times • Handle customer orders, payments, and provide excellent customer service • Restock supplies (coffee beans, milk, cups, etc. ) and monitor stock levels • Follow health and safety standards, especially in food handling • Assist in opening and closing duties of the branch • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
