-Assist the branch manager in:
• Supervising the day to day operational functions of the branch,
• Inspecting the dine in area and taking action when necessary to ensure service standards and food safety are met.
• Providing general directions for the cashiers regarding cleaning, hygiene, organization, and work techniques
• Greeting customers and maintain high customer service standard,
• Reviewing cashier register at the end of each shift
• Resolving customer service issues
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety procedures.
• Taking actions according to customer complaints and feedback as well as mystery shopping and food safety inspection reports
-Oversee building maintenance, cleanliness and security
-Report any accident/incident that may compromise food safety to branch manager and to quality and food safety manager
-Conduct performance appraisals for phone operators and cashiers as per policy in an objective and fair manner
-Adheres to confidentiality and does not disclose work-related information to outside parties
Skills and Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks
• Good leadership Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving and team work skills
