📢 **WE’RE HIRING – REMOTE E-COMMERCE & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT**
**Vital You**, a growing wellness brand in Lebanon, is looking for a proactive and organized **full-time remote assistant**.
**Main Responsibilities:**
• Customer service via **WhatsApp & Instagram**
• Manage Shopify orders & daily e-commerce operations
• Follow up on leads, abandoned carts & repeat customers
• **Phone calls & regular follow-ups with pharmacies and retailers**
• Reach out to potential new pharmacies & retail partners
• Assist with marketing campaigns & influencer coordination
• Maintain customer, sales & retailer databases
• Prepare basic reports & conduct market/competitor research
**Requirements:**
✓ Excellent English & Arabic
✓ **Confident and professional on the phone**
✓ Strong communication & organizational skills
✓ Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
✓ Shopify/e-commerce experience is a plus
✓ Proactive, reliable & able to work independently
