The Opportunity: Are you a recent graduate or early-career civil engineer eager to apply your knowledge to impactful infrastructure projects? Join our innovative engineering team and develop your skills by working on diverse projects that shape the built environment. Your Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the development of schematic and detailed designs, including structural drawings, calculations, and reports. • Support structural analysis and design tasks, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards. • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality. • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to project delivery on time and within budget. • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and support procurement processes. • Use engineering software tools to assist in modeling and drafting, gaining proficiency over time. Required Qualifications: • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in civil or structural engineering. • Basic familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar. • Knowledge of civil engineering principles and relevant industry codes. • Good written and oral communication skills in English. • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally. Desired Qualifications: • Exposure or interest in seismic design and structural analysis. • Understanding of structural concrete and/or steel design principles. • Familiarity with parametric design or programming skills is a plus but not required.
