Seasonal waiter for Faqra Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Follow up with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues to the Floor Manager when necessary.
Food & Beverage Service
Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.
Ensure orders are delivered accurately and within the expected service time.
Check food quality and presentation before serving.
Clear tables efficiently and prepare them for the next guests.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Operational Duties
Complete opening, during-service, and closing side duties.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, stations, and service equipment.
Ensure sufficient stock of service items such as cutlery, napkins, condiments, and beverages.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Comply with company grooming and uniform standards.
