Job Summary
The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables when needed
Present menus and provide detailed information about items, ingredients, and daily specials
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and respond to their requests promptly
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Prepare bills and coordinate with the cashier when required
Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards at all times
Support team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is a plus
