Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Packages Travel Agent to join our team in our Beirut office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (Europe, Asia & Far East),. The primary responsibilities include managing travel reservations, curating travel packages, coordinating car rental services, and providing exemplary customer service. The role also involves liaising with clients to design customized travel solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and maintaining a focus on sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in making Reservations and managing Travel Arrangements (Europe, Asia & Far East),
Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs
Experience with Trains services and related coordination
Proven ability to achieve Sales targets and grow client relationships
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus
Proficiency in travel reservation systems and tools
3+ years of experience in the travel & tourism industry is required
