Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel plans, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, booking travel accommodations, and handling any travel-related issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and current travel trends
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
