Description
A fast-growing company in the beauty technology industry is expanding its sales team and is looking for motivated Cold Calling Sales Agents to join on-site.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Professionally introduce products and services
Build rapport and communicate value clearly
Close sales or secure serious appointments
Follow up with interested leads
Achieve daily KPIs and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Sales experience is a plus but not required
Experience in beauty or cosmetics is a plus
Commitment, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset
What We Offer:
Unlimited commission based on delivered sales
Fixed working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
