Description
DISPLAY is seeking confident and motivated Telemarketers to handle customer sales calls and convert interest into purchases through our art-based “shop & win” platform. Telemarketers will represent DISPLAY’s premium brand, guide customers through the app experience, explain our paintings and raffle ticket system, and close sales ethically and professionally.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
Present DISPLAY’s concept clearly (paintings, pricing tiers, free raffle tickets)
Guide customers step-by-step through app download, account creation, and checkout
Close painting sales and upsell higher tiers when appropriate
Answer customer questions regarding tickets, draws, delivery, and promotions
Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the system
Follow sales scripts, compliance rules, and brand tone
Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain a positive, premium customer experience at all times
