Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Dekwaneh. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing effective field service support. The Service Technician will also engage with customers to resolve their concerns and ensure the functionality and reliability of various systems or equipment. Timely reporting and adherence to safety standards are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks, including regular system upkeep and addressing malfunctions
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
• Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site inspections and support
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to communicate and address client needs professionally
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in technical fields, mechanical or electrical engineering are preterred
• Ability to work independently and systematically while maintaining accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
