Hiring a Storekeeper for our store in Dbayeh, schedule monday to friday 8 am to 5.30 pm, with the following requirements: Sorting and placing inventory in storage areas according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code. Ensure warehouse is always 100% conform to used system Marking materials or containers with identifying information using proper equipments. Keeping records of materials or items received, shipped or distributed in accordance with established procedure. Making daily data entries for accurate inventory controls including receiving, shipping and distribution functions. Inspecting items as to quality and quantity against freight documents. Performing periodic physical inventories. Receiving various forms, reports, correspondence, manuals, reference materials, or other documentation; reviewing, completing, processing, forwarding or retaining as appropriate. Abiding by and responsible for performing all duties in accordance with all environmental, health and safety regulations and practices pertinent to this position. Selecting and appointing the best available personnel and giving them clearly defined tasks, responsibilities and instructions. Assisting in evaluating work performance to ensure conformance with established methods, practices, and procedures. Supervising the unpacking of incoming goods and wrapping and packing of outgoing goods. Ensuring that the warehouse, records area and stores area are kept in a neat and orderly manner. Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2 years of relevant work experience Ability to work in a warehouse at a fast pace. WELL ORGANIZED Knowledge of computer inventory control procedures with bar coding preferred. Knowledge of warehouse procedures in addition to safety standards and practices. Ability to pay attention to detail, recognizing and correcting discrepancies and keeping accurate and detailed records. Strong supervisory skills to manage subordinates.
