Description We're Hiring: Assistant at Our Fashion Workshop A leading Fashion Workshop is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with selecting and trying on dresses, while ensuring seamless operational tasks within the atelier and workshop. This position offers the exciting opportunity to engage directly with clients, manage the showroom experience, and support the overall operations of the atelier. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and embody the hospitable brand image of our atelier. Guide clients through the predominance selection process, showcasing and explaining the details of each dress. Organize dresses by categories, sizes, and styles to ensure easy accessibility. Curate and display headpieces, accessories, and materials in a visually appealing manner. Maintain accurate inventory records for gowns and accessories. Assist clients in fitting rooms and provide support throughout the try-on experience. Support various tasks within the workshop, adapting to the needs of the atelier. Skills & Qualities: Strong personality with the ability to engage and connect with clients. Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure. Outstanding communication skills and a passion for client service. Highly organized and able to adapt to a dynamic environment. Work Conditions: Location: Primarily within the Atelier and workshop in Beirut. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Reporting Line: Directly reporting to the Head of Operations.
