We’re building something exciting — a portfolio of boutique stays, STR management brands, and a furniture line that’s shaping how people live, stay, and feel at home.
Now we’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who gets storytelling, aesthetics, and hustle. Someone who loves capturing moments, shaping brands, and making people stop scrolling.
What You’ll Do
You’ll run the full creative engine of our portfolio — planning, creating, posting, improving:
• Shoot & Create: Capture our guesthouses, stays, behind-the-scenes moments, furniture pieces, lifestyle clips — anything that tells our story.
• Edit & Build: Turn raw content into polished reels, photos, and stories using our content library and your own material.
• Own the Calendar: Build monthly content calendars (always 2 months ahead), bring new ideas, and keep each brand’s vibe consistent.
• Keep Pages Alive: Daily posting, daily stories, proper page curation, and keeping everything clean and on-brand.
• Be On-Site When Needed: Quick shoots at properties, new openings, furniture arrivals, morning coffees with great lighting — whatever makes the brand feel real.
• Boosting & Ads: Run basic boosting and assist with Meta Ads Manager when campaigns need a push.
• Simple Graphics: Brochures, business cards, small brand assets — clean, quick, Canva-style designs.
• Stay Curious: Track what’s trending, what competitors are doing, and what we should try next.
• Work With Management: Quick approvals, idea testing, and aligning content with what’s happening across the brands.
Who You Are
• Creative with a sharp eye — you love beautiful spaces, furniture, and lifestyle content.
• Comfortable shooting and editing (even on the go).
• Solid experience managing social pages (1–3 years).
• Good energy, positive attitude, and able to move fast without losing quality.
• Flexible — some days you’re in the office, some days you’re shooting a guesthouse at golden hour.
• Organized enough to handle multiple brands while keeping control of posting and scheduling.
Work Style
• Hybrid: 4 days from the office, the rest remote or on-site for shoots.
• Flexible, startup atmosphere — we care about results, not clocking hours.
• Occasional travel to properties and showrooms for content.
